You advertise “Luxury Consignment” - What exactly do you mean?
Many of our consignors are ladies who shop New York and Paris, and at stores such as Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, and the south’s most exclusive boutiques. Our bridal consignors often purchase in New York, or from exclusive, high-end bridal boutiques. We strive to consign the very best designers in the latest styles.

Are all your dresses previously worn?
No, about 60% of our bridal gowns and 30% of our special occasion dresses are new. Most of our previously worn gowns have been gently loved only once. All of our dresses are in PRISTINE condition.

Do you accept wedding gowns from big box wedding retailers?
No, we do not accept gowns from David's Bridal.

What type of discounts over regular retail prices, might I expect to see at Le Dress?
Dresses that are new with tags, will typically be priced 30-40% below retail. Dresses that are gently loved, and very current in style, will often be priced at 35-60% off retail prices. Our inventory changes daily, so come and see what we have to offer!

Do you offer alterations?. No, but we are happy to refer you to an expert alterations professional.

After I purchase a dress from Le Dress Boutique, may I re-consign it?

Will you take accessories?
Absolutely! Our clients are always looking for high quality wraps, handbags, and jewelry.

Do you offer Prom or holiday dresses?
Yes. Prom consignments start in late January. We accept holiday dresses in September.

Do you allow returns? No, we are unable to accept returns of any merchandise.

I live in another part of the country. Can I consign my dress with you and mail it in?
Yes! Please upload a photo for pre-approval. We would love to accommodate you. Unsold items will not be returned to out-of-town consignors.

When will I receive a check for my dress?
A. We will send you a check by the 10th of the month following the sale of your items. We will deduct a $1 per check mailing/processing fee from your proceeds.

What if my dress does not sell?
Unsold items must be picked up within 7 days from the end of the consignment period, any items not picked up within the 7 day window become the property of Le Dress.
